TI_AWB_Tuning in DM36x Tuning Tool

I have problem with AWB tuning in DM36x Tuning Tool. After I insert 4 images with 4 different color temperatures the Tune button becomes enabled. When I press the Tune button the following text box pops up: The promgram can't start because mclmcrt79.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I tried reinstalling the program but it didn't help. What else can I do?
