AM2634-Q1: Difference in recommended Capacitor values

Part Number: AM2634-Q1

In Hardware reference manual, these are the capacitors recommended

But, in the EVM board, they have used 1uF instead of 0.1uF as recommended.

Please provide the best recommendation for the above.

    Hi Abhay,

    Thank you for referring the hardware design guidelines.

    As mentioned in the paragraph above the Table 2-7, both these are recommended starting points. We would suggest the PCB designer to perform PDN simulations to arrive at the right values for the respective designs. Please do refer to Section 2.5 Power Distribution Network for further details on the same.
