AM3358: KGDB support for AM3358 Chipset

Hi Team,

From the following E2E Ticket we comes to know that KGDB support is not enabled for J784s4 SDK.

May I Know that Does KGDB support is avilable for Processor SDK Linux for AM335X ?

We have to debug using KGDB during the boot time itself.
