I need to do one application on DM6437 (or maybe some similar) with two analog cameras:
Is possible multiplexing two analog cameras signals in TVP516 decoder and process them in DM6437?

I receive this response:
- You can input 2 analog video channels into the TVP5146 but it can only digitalize 1 channel at a time. This means that the TVP5146 will need some time to switch from one analog channel to the other (for locking to the analog input to recognize the standard, sample and demodulate) so you can not have a continuous stream of video. There will be some frames that will be dropped when swicthing the analog input.
- To have simulteneous capture of multiple analog video channels with 1 single video port you would need to use TVP5156, TVP5157 or TVP5158:

This assumes that the video port will be clocked at a higher speed.
- Some E2E forum post have been done on using TVP5158 with DM6437:

It points as well to some (Linux) drivers written for other DM6xxx, DM3xx devices as there are no drivers available for DM6437.
