TPS25940: Integrated circuit and MSL specification

Part Number: TPS25940

Hello,

We received  TPS25940ARVCR  and our engineers is wondering which MSL is correct for small reel (250pcs) and which one is correct for big reel (3000pcs). 

Data sheet is showing for big reel MSL1 and MSL2 for small reel but they are not sure about it.

Please advice.
