Problem with sprm129a.ibs model of TMS320VC5502PGF300

Hi,

There are errors with the PULL UP characteristics of model idi091_uos205 in sprm129a.ibs model of TMS320VC5502PGF300.

Current is 0.0ma in Pullup for open_drain/Open_sink device.

Check the attached snap for the problem I mentioned above.

Please provide some appropriate guidance and arrange a proper IBIS Model for the same.

Yes. I am working with the cell designer to provide an update version. The new model has some parser errors to resolve.

Attached is the updated version which passes the ibischk5 parser.

1616.sprm129a.ibs

Please check and confirm this has resolved your problem.

We still in the process to get this file through icx parser.

I appreciate your efforts.

Right now I don't see any errors with the updated IBIS Model as you removed that Pull-Up part.

But do let me know about any errors if you find after going through icx parser.

It is not that much needed.

You told that you were still in the process to pass the IBIS through icx parcer ,so I asked you about its status whether you processed it or not.

And I have no idea what icx parcer is so I can't even know about any errors if present.
