AM625: MCSPI on M4 does not transmit during MCU only mode

Part Number: AM625
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Dear support,

I am currently developing an application on the AM62x M4 core which is responsible for the power management of the system. While the main core is asleep the M4 core is supposed to control some peripherals using SPI. Therefore, the idea was to use the MCSPI. I have configured the MCU_SPI0 using sysconfig. What I have noticed is that during MCU only mode the SPI communication is dropped. I checked the status of the SPI transmissions (MCSPI_transfer) during MCU only, which all returned with status successful. However, no data or clock on the output. When the device exits MCU only mode, it continues SPI like usual.

Am I forgetting a setp during configuration?

With kind regards,
