Aux playback using chains applications

There is no plan to support any decoders present on IO expansion card with Media controller software stack. It will be supported through V4L2 sub-device model only.

We dont have dates for that. But TVP5147 driver is available in open source. You can try attaching that to V4L2 driver. All the instructions for doing same is under appnote http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DM81xx_AM38xx_Adding_External_Decoders_to_V4L2_Capture_Driver
