TMS570LC4357: TMS570LC4357 SPI Data Error

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

A 24-bit external ADC is connected to the TMS570LC4357 SPI3 line to read sensor data within the circuit. I am reading differential and single-ended data from this external ADC. I am getting errors in the data I am reading. The differential data I am reading is -2^15 (-32768), and the single-ended data I am reading is 2^7 (127). I have 3 circuits with this design in my system. I do not experience this problem in 2 circuits. I experience it in 1 circuit. And this fault is not a constant fault. It comes and goes on its own in a short time. When I measured the SPI line, I did not see any overshoot or ringing.

    I didn't understand your setup. Is it with single controller and 3 external ADC's IC's?

    or 3 TMS570LC4357's with 3 corresponding external ADC's.

    And which SPI instances you are using in your circuit. Provide more details of your setup for better help.

    Looks like it is not software or controller issue (because we never see this issue on controller SPI side), i suggest you make sure your setup and connections.
