Hello All
I have designed an AM3703 ased board to power up with TPS65950.
I have the following issue:
1. I am getting 0.5 V at the VIO output of TPS65950 . I tried probing it through a CRO when i Powered it on ( i can see a transient dropping from 1.8V to 0.5 V)
2. Since VIO is not stable, i am not getting any other voltages like VPLL, VDD1, VDD2, etc
3. The boot 0 pin is pulled hi and the boot 1 is pulled low.
I would really appreciate for any inputs/comments.
