C5502 IBIS model issues

Hi Team,

There are errors with the PULL UP characteristics of model  idi091_uos205 in sprm129a.ibs model of TMS320VC5502PGF300 .Current is 0.0ma in Pullup for open_drain/Open_sink device.

Check the attached snap for the problem I mentioned above. Please provide some appropriate guidance and arrange a proper IBIS Model for the same.
