AM335x RAM & Flash configuration

Hi,

We have started a project with the AM3354.

For the AM3354 with Android OS, planned RAM / NAND Flash configuration will be:

RAM : Samsung 2Gb DDR3 SDRAM (128Mx16 K4B2G1646C-HCK 1600)

Flash : TOSHIBA TC58NVG1S3ETA00 (2 GBIT (256M × 8 BIT) CMOS NAND E2PROM

Any feedback about that configuration?

Hi Onur,

Am335X can support less than 1GB of RAM. For DDR3 you might need to use a different revision of the current PMIC.

We shall fetch you the details from hardware teams.

Could you please give me a contact from the hardware team?

We would like to be sure about the NAND flash and RAM parts before the schematic drawing.
