Hi experts,
Q: Could you let us know if there are any examples of using the PRU-ICSS for camera input? Are there any application notes, sample code, benchmarks, or other reference materials available?

Q2:Can the [16-bit parallel capture (Input)] option available in SysConfig be used for this use case? If so, where can we find the sample code?
Our customer is currently evaluating the AM6232, and they are in the information-gathering phase for device selection. The application requires two camera input channels. They are considering either MIPI or parallel camera interfaces (8-bit or 16-bit).
However, since the AM6232 provides only a single MIPI-CSI interface, we are investigating the possibility of using the PRU for parallel camera input.
Possible configurations under consideration are:
- PRU ×2 for two parallel camera interfaces
- A53 + MIPI camera interface, combined with PRU + parallel camera interface
Any information regarding feasibility, implementation examples, performance data, or reference designs would be greatly appreciated.
