Dear Sirs :

The DDR_Vref of DDR3 is generated by resister divider.

How to gererate VTT of DDR3 ?

We checked TPS65910A3,but there seem no voltage suitable (0.75V) for Vtt..

Could you please give us some idea ?

You can use the TPS51200 to generate the VTT for DDR3 SDRAM.

we have some question about the usage of TPS51200

as the circuit below

When TPS51200 connect to AM335X

how to connect these pins of TPS51200

1.PGOOD connect to a GPIO?

2.Where SLP_S3 & VTTREF connect to ?

Hi gfeathers,

use the TPS51200 to generate VTT for the DDR3 memory in addition to the power-solution for the AM335x. For example a design could use a TPS65910A3 to power the AM335x AND a TPS51200 to generate VTT for the DDR3. The TPS51200 does not replace the AM335x power solution, it generates the VTT for the DDR3.
