Dear TI-Enginners,

I would like to know the X-ray absorption dose (causing temporary failure) that this component can withstand.

Q1. Is the recommended upper limit 0.1 Gy?
Q2. Please share any test results if available.

    Whare Can I find X-Ray sensitivity information? 

    TI does not typically specify acceptable x-ray levels on the device datasheet. Experience has shown that most TI products will NOT be sensitive to typical x-ray inspection (with typical exposures < 100 rad(Si)). X-ray exposures over these limits, however, may cause damage to the device and should be avoided.
