Hello,
We are exploring option to read/write to the RM57L843 Flash bank 7 as a regular flash, without the FEE/F021 driver from TI. Please let us know if it is possible.
Thank you,
Helen

Hi Helen,
You do not have to use the TI FEE driver. The FEE driver is purely a high-level software layer that manages wear-leveling, data blocks, and virtual sectors. If you want to treat Bank 7 as a regular program flash, you can bypass the FEE driver entirely. You have to use the F021 Flash API Library directly in your application.
Hi QJ,
Thank you for the info! Can we have the F021 Flash API source for avionic certification purpose? Do we need the F021 Flash API just for reading the RM57L bank 7? Understand that for writing, the F021 Flash API is definitely needed.
Regards,
Helen
