We are using the DM3730 connected to a FPGA via McBSP. We want to have the DM3730 drive the clkx and the FPGA drive the frame sync. Is this a valid way to use the McBSP? The documents talk about either the DM3730 driving both the clk and frame sync or receiving them from a McBSP master device but not the case that we want to use. But the register settings allow for setting up the clk and frame sync source separately.
