Kernel panic-not syncing:Attempted to kill init in the IPNC camera with dm355 processor

Dear sir,

I am using IPNC camera with dm355 with the kernel version of 2.6.10.It was working fine suddenly it is not working it showing the kernel panic error as i shown in the below.

So I freshly loaded kernel and ramdisk form ti directly into the ram  and try to boot instead of taking form nand flash then also it showing the same error sir.
