6713DSK not connecting with CCS or diagnostics utility, USB driver problem

I have bought a TI DSK of 6713 from TI e-store. And I have a laptop with windows vista OS(32 bit) in it. When I install the CCS come with the kit no problem. Even the DSK was detected by the PC and drivers also installed from CD. The CCS simulator works fine without any problem. When I try to connect the DSK with CCS or when I run diagnostics utility installed with CCS dsk it says USB connection failed.

Can you help me to fix this issue? And I hear that CCS wont work with windows7 OS. Is that applicable for Vista also. Or

have you released any Patch or software for that? Can you send me the link?
