For TMDSEMU560V2STM-U, our customer reported that the emulator stopped functioning during normal operation. The unit is no longer working as intended and, based on the customer's initial verification, appears to have developed a fault.

- Application & Software Version: Code Composer Studio (CCS 5.3.0). The issue persists on both Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- Duration in Operation: The unit was in operation from April 2026 and worked normally through June 2026.
- Exact Error/Issue: The system reports that the JTAG cable is no longer connected.
- Issue Occurrence: The problem started around mid-July 2026 and is reportedly consistent.
- Images/Videos: Not currently available.
The customer has requested a warranty replacement as the product is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.
