TMS320F2812PGFA 2604 batch chip, currently does not run after writing the program. The motherboard and software are both mature and stable. The previous batches were all fine, please let me know the reason for this.

Do you mean that a single device from batch 2604, April 2026, does not boot up correctly after flash programming? Or multiple devices from this batch, etc?
Have you confirmed that the flash programming was successful, i.e. either CCS or Uniflash or other tool; can you examine the contents of the flash on the bad units and confirm that the contents are correct?
If the flash is correct I would then make sure the boot pin(s). For Flash boot GPIOF4 should be pulled high.
Once I hear back from you on the above we can proceed accordingly.
