8-bit OMX capture on anything other than VIP1_PORTA?

Hi All -

This is a follow-up to http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/davinci_digital_media_processors/f/717/t/164206.aspx.  We're trying to capture 8-bit bt.656 embedded sync using OMX on an 8168.  However, it *only* works with video input bus 1, port A (VIP1_PORTA).  Anything else (VIP1_PORTB, VIP2_PORT*) hangs.

Can anyone confirm 8-bit capture through OMX on anything other than VIP1_PORTA for any input format?  Is this a known (or unknown) firmware error in the media controller?

No issue with 16-bit capture on port 1 or 2, so we believe this problem is isolated to 8-bit mode only.
