I am using the AM275 EVM, which includes HyperRAM. I need to know the starting memory address of the HyperRAM in the memory map. However, I could not find a memory layout table for the AM275 similar to the one available for the AM62 EVM.

    Hello, 

    the same table for HyperRAM does not exist, there is no mandatory locations where resources must be placed with a couple of exceptions that I will highlight here. It is also not possible to boot from HyperRam like you do from DDR, so SBL and app images are not expected in a specific location by ROM or SBL code, respectively.

    The HyperRAM start address in the AM275x memory map is 0x6800_0000, called "FSS1_DAT_REG1" in the TRM:

    The whole region can be configured as data memory, but the following regions must be defined in your project as to not extend into the memory mapped regions of the CR and ID registers of the hyperram memory:
