I've tried the test program for nand flash. It is the test program that include the Code Composer Studio. I'm using a 5515evm qith CCS 4.
The output for the program is:
EXBUSSEL = 5a00
01 Testing NAND...
NAND MFGID = ec
NAND DEVID = 36
Erasing NAND blocks
--> 0 block erase errors
Programming NAND pages
Comparing data
Error on page 127
--> 1 page verify errors
PASS
***ALL Tests Passed***
Is my board in poor condition?. The program haven't been changed.
