DDR2 support on AM3356

1. What is the maximum DDR2 supported by AM3356.

Will AM3356 support 2GByte DDR2.

AM3356 have 16 Address lines, 16 Data lines and 3 Bank Selection Lines (8 Banks).

Also looking into reference schematics of AM335X 15X15 ICE Board   __EVM there are two versions

1. Schematics on Dec 2011 uses one 128Mb X16  DDR2 ==256MByte
   
2. Schematics on Oct 2011 uses two 256Mb X 8 DDR2==512MByte

2.   Is there any particularity if we change the data width(X8, X16) of device like speed or maximum device density supported  because on option 2 the density has increased to 512MByte.
