This still have to be verified.

i want to use single rank, 8Gb (64M x 8 x 8) x 9 SDRAMS x72 to make 8192MB memory .

That means we only use CE0 .

Die Rousseau,

A 64Mx8x8 single rank memory is 4Gb/device -> 4GB when using 8+1 ECO devices. You'd need an 8Gb devices such as 128Mx8x8 single rank if you wanted to use only one CE space.
