Yes I did, but accidentally I was using my private account instead of this one, connected with the company I am working in. Probably this is way I got denied. Yet, then I was able to request access for both am243x and J7x. Now I can't. Do you have an idea how I can successfully request for J7X related materials? Also, how long it could take to get those?

If you had used a public domain email like gmail or yahoo, then the requests will be denied.

The request procedure is the same between AM243x and J7X. I do see a pending request on AM243x with your corporate email, and another one on J7X that looks like your gmail (in pending state).

Please ensure that you are using an E2E profile that has your corporate email, when making the request.

If you are able to successfully enter your request, then I can grant the permissions within a day or two once I see the request. I do not see any pending request atm.

FYI, I had approved a different user from your company a while ago, so you are good from NDA perspective.

As you can see, J7X is still pending even that you denied the request. Before opening it I logged out of the account to make sure that I will be using the correct one. Even after that I got the screen about pending request rather then form to accept.

Is there a way to deal with that? Maybe I can somehow delete my private account or at least remove requests there?

Yeah, it still shows as pending even after giving me an ack, looks like it has not gone through.

Do you have two E2E accounts, or only one? Please try deleting all cookies, or even try a completely different browser to see if you can request from the proper corporate account.

I am unable to do that. This is how I tried to request access. I am using the link you removed and then got the login screen


Then I login using my corporate account and after that I just receive

When I go to secured resource page I can only see the one for AM243x.

I have two and I already try with a different browser but that did not help.

Since I was able to request for AM243x on my corporate account - will you be able to accept that one? I would be able to work on that cpu while waiting on J7x materials.

Can you please check/try again? Our admin has cleared your previous pending/denied requests from the system.

Please only use the E2E account associated with your Corporate email. Please ensure that you are logged out of all windows that was using your private account.

I don't control or manage the AM243x Access, will let the corresponding org process your request.

now it is even weirder. On my corporate account, If I check the secure resources page I only see AM243x materials with approved request (thank you for dealing with that) but If I use link for J7X materials I don't see the `Access pending` page anymore, instead I am able to download resources so I guess this was also accepted and that resolve my issue?

I still do not understand why I cannot see it on my `Secure resources` page but I think I can live with that.

BTW, can you confirm that the 2024 version of J7X keywriter is the latest one? I can only see those presented below on a screenshot.
