I looked very carefully in VPFE user's guide, but couldn't find it.
Now my problem is that I wont get any output from resizer unless I cut by RZA_O_VSZ by 6 or 7 lines.
I understand a minimum of 8 lines of vertical blanking is required, and mine is much larger than that.

And very strangely, somehow this works, which I believe doesn't meet the vertical blanking requirement.
