AM62P: Device Wakes From MCU-Only mode unexpectedly

Hi expert,
I am trying to implement MCU-only mode in ti-am62p Android 16.
After few hours of inactivity device wakes unexpectedly, I tried the following command to enter MCU- only mode.

echo 100000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/power/pm_qos_resume_latency_us
echo mem > /sys/power/state

sharing the logs after wake from MCU-only mode.

Apologies for the delay. I'm currently traveling for work so I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. For now, please refer to [FAQ] Debugging Low Power Modes on AM62 Family Devices (AM62x/A/D/P/L)

Start working in normal Linux just to validate it works first then change to Android. How many hours does this occur on?

Hi Anshu,

I tried the following command in linux.

echo mem > /sys/power/state

In Linux unexpected wake never happens.
In Android if we put the device to sleep, after one hour it wakes.
