How to modify the IPNCWebDlls.CAB on DM368 platform ?

Hi all:

         I modify the gffx.dll to implement the recording video via web.

         then i use cabarc to create new cab file, with gffx.dll, gobridge.dll ,godbatl.dll IPNC.INF .

         but i don't know details information of signcode. i only signcode the new cab file according other;s opinion,

         but the new cab file can't work.

         i am refused   please help.
