We do release IBIS AMI models on TI.COM:

AM243x and AM64x ANI SR 2.0 IBIS-AMI Model
-If i understand correctly the IBIS AMI are provided as compiled models (not source model) but they are not encrypted. Correct?
-Since it is compiled for a target I guess it must be opened by the right target. App report SPRACV3 list
at page 6 the two version (64bit windows, linux).
Is this info enough to understand by what platform it can be opened?
-The App report says it was tested with Allegro sigrity SystemSI. Apparently the .dll is not understood by the Ansys tools.
Do we provide some guidelines on how it can be used in Ansys IBIS simulation tools?
Can we try it on the Ansys tools too?
