Dear Expert.

As far as I know, SEGGER J-LINK should be supported by CCS 20.5.0 later.

AM623x/5x should be support by J-LINK, reference as below.

How About AM62A?

It should be have boot binary for AM62A, Do we have it?

I'm not aware of anyone at TI that uses a SEGGER debugger, so you will need to reach out to SEGGER and ask them if their J-Link debugger supports AM62Ax.

The last time I suggested someone reach out to them, Michael Gross from SEGGER Microcontroller replied directly to my E2E post with the answer.

I suggest you reference the following E2E thread and try contacting Michael Gross from SEGGER Microcontroller.
