Dear TI Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue accessing the TI Developer Zone (https://dev.ti.com/).

Whenever I try to access the website, I am redirected to the following error page:

www.ti.com/errorpage.html

The issue occurs under the following conditions:

  • The problem occurs even before logging in.

  • The same issue occurs on both my Windows PC and smartphone.

  • I have tried accessing the website through different Wi-Fi networks, but the problem persists.

  • Accessing the website directly through a web browser produces the same result.

I am currently working on Vital Signs development using the IWR6843ISK and need access to the TI Developer Zone to continue my development work.

Could you please investigate whether this issue is caused by a service outage, access restrictions, or another technical problem?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
