disable ccsv2 for tms320c6713 dsk (Emulator version)

i have installed emulator for TMS320C6713 DSK 

but project tools are disable like new, open , add file to project etc.

how to make this enable so, i can open project and load file to DSP.

    This does not look like CCS 2, which is very old.

    The problem could be context. The options may change depending on which window is selected and what the read/write permissions are for the system for whatever is selected.

    Could there be licensing issues for your version of CCS? You might consider installing a newer version. Both CCSv4 and CCSv5 are free to use with on-board emulation of EVMs.
