I have the same problem in c6678

I can't load any program on core4~7 but it's OK on core0~3

Can you please provide more information? Which version of BIOS are you using? On which device/board?

Are you able to build and run the examples that we ship with SYS/BIOS? It is important that the platform matches the device you are running -- use ti.platforms.evm6678 for the 6678, etc.
