Where can I find this file on TI's Web Site?

I have a header file titled "UartDriver.h" with the following identifier in the TI header comments "ti.bios.drivers.uartmd 1, 2, 0,19 8-21-2005 (drivers-g12)" I can't find where I can download this file from TI's web site. I think is would be part of what is generally called a SDK, but I don't know what it is called in TI's naming structure.

It is not in the DDK (1.1 I think) from 2003. I am coding for a DM642 with DSP/BIOS and was hoping to find some documentation about this UART driver (and others) in the SDK this driver might be in.

Thanks for any clues you can give me in tracking down this driver.

Hi Harry,

the header comments you listed looks like it was written a long time ago.

I will ask around to see where this may have come from and get back to you.

Have you looked at this Application Note?

Thanks for your help. That document provided some useful background information. It has a reference to "DSP/BIOS Device Driver Developer’s Guide (SPRU616)" in section 1 on page 3. That document speaks of a DDK v1.20 (section 1.2). I have only been able to find DDK v1.0 by searching Digital Signal Processors & ARM Microprocessor Find Software & Tools.

Where/How can I find DDK 1.2, or the latest version of the DDK? (How do I know it is the latest version since I can't even find 1.2?)

Might UartDriver.h and .c be in that DDK?

I think I've found what you were looking for.

Let me get back to you on how we can deliver this software. My guess is that somehow the link to got damaged.
