Does DM3730CUS support CMOS 3.3V GPIO Function?

Dear Engineer,

       When the DM3730's MMC1 functional signals are disabled, and the multiplexed CMOS signals of the interface are enabled, Can vdds_mmc1 be supplied by the 3.3V Power source?

      If it can,  Is there any Power up Sequence differences between the MMC1 function and CMOS fucntion?
