evm C6678 board network seems work on only half duplex mode

Hi All,

In a recent test of network spped of evm c6678 board,

we found out that the network communication can only on half duplex mode,

which means the total of the speed of tx and rx is only 1000 Mega bit.

I think the speed should be 1000Mega bit each, not togather.

Do you have any idea?

The C6678 hardware has been tested and verified to handle 1000 Mbps of TX unicast traffic (2000 Mbps multicast traffic) and 2000 Mbps of RX traffic simultaneously. Please see section 8 of the Keystone Throughput Performance Guide (SPRABK5).

There could be many different things to explain what you are seeing. The place that I would start is by validating your software. Is the software that you are using able to generate Ethernet traffic at 1000 Mbps?
