In AM335x EVK USB0_CE and USB1_CE ( USB charge enable pin) are made as test points , there is no explanation about this pins in DS.

What is usage of USBx_CEpins?

    As you read correctly its related to enable charger. USB PHY has circuitry to detect presence of dedecated or downstream charging port and when detected this pin USBx_CE would go high. More details available in AM335x TRM
