I have been evaluating an embedded DVR module from a Taiwanese company that has this part (TMS320DM367ZCEF ) on the PCB and I am unable to find any data or reference to it on the Ti website, the module manufacturer claims it is a custom part from Ti that is functionally equivalent to the DM365 or DM368 part without the Ethernet function as a cost cutting measure. My local Ti FAE also could not tell me anything about it but suggested in could be a custom part and suggested I post here hoping a Ti engineer would know something about it to verify whether it is a Ti custom part. I don't want to be buying modules containing a fake part so any info to confirm or deny would be appreciated. The part is also not marked with the TMS320 above the DM367ZCEF as would be expected like on the other DM365 or DM368 parts.
