StarterWare ethernet samples doesn't work when compiled with gcc

Hi,

I'm trying to compile StarterWare ethernet examples (enetLwip, enetEcho) using provided makefiles and CodeSourcery toolchain. App starts from microSD card (beagle bone) but it hangs on acquiring IP address.

StarterWare AM335x Boot Loader
Copying application image from MMC/SD card to RAM
Jumping to StarterWare Application...

Acquiring IP Address...

When I apply same procedure to precompiled binary (AM335X_StarterWare_02_00_00_05/binary/armv7a/cgttms470_ccs/am335x/beaglebone/enet_lwip/enetLwip.bin) it works well. It acquires IP address and starts HTTP server.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Thanks,

Damjan
