Background: Developed ARM and DSP applications using Monta Vista and DSP Bios, respectively. Our company then transitioned to the community kernel and upgraded from the 594MHz DaVinci to the 810MHz version. New DSP-Link libraries were created.
Current Issue: I'm focusing on the DSP core. When recompiled with the new libraries, my application does not seem to make it out of initialization. I stumbled upon a solution of removing the BIOS code section (.bios) and startup code section (.sysinit) from internal memory and sticking them in DDR2. However, I'd like to make it work in internal . Any insight as to what my problem might be?
