C6745 EMIFB Data Bus output noise during I/O Supply Power-Up

Hi Champ,

I observed noise on EMIFB data bus of C6745B(Rev. 2.0) PTP package durling I/O supply power-up.  The noise was similer to chattering.
Please refer to an image below.  It was on EMB_[2], one of my measurement by oscilloscope.

Could you please let me know whether it is normal operation?

Any consideration and information would be appreciated.
