Mistral's AM3715 CPU module for EVM using CUS package

Hi, looks like Mistral has developed a CPU module for base board of OMAP3530EVM using AM3715 CUS package. Can this module be directly used on AM3715EVM? Right now, the AM3715EVM uses a CPU module with PoP processor package.

If you have a AM37x 'EVM MAIN BOARD REV G' then yes the Mistral CUS proc module will work. You will need to work with Mistral to obtain these proc modules. I don't see them listed on their website.
