Hi,

Is the "System-Level ESD Immunity Usage Note" introduced in the latest revision of Silicon Errata of  TMS320C6748 and OMAP-L138 applicable to the TMS320C6745?

    Although we not received any customer issues on this product line, and have not been able to perform any extensive system ESD tests on this device, I do think this device line is also equally susceptible given that it too has a 1.2V CLKIN/OSCIN.
