AM335x ZCE package reference design - layout

Are there any reference designs or EVMs using the ViaChannel ZCE package of the AM335x?

I am aware of the ViaChannel layout guidelines on some of the other OMAP and Sitara devices available on the processor wiki site. I'm hoping to find a specific layout for the ZCE package on the AM335x?

I'm not aware of a specific design implementation with the ZCE package.

you can use http://processors.wiki.ti.com/images/6/6b/AM335x_ZCE.zip as starting example this is evaluation board done to demonstrate escape route for AM335x ZCE package.

Thanks so much for the link to the 13x13 evaluation board to demonstrate the the escape routes for the ZCE package. The ZIP file contains only the board file. Is there a schematic file as well? Thanks again for your help!
