MisroSD card on OMAP=L138

Thank you for your help.

I use MicroSD card on the OMAP-L138 MisroSD interface and have some questuons.

1.   Does SW which transfer data to MicroSD card need to do any Error correction activity?

2.  Are these ECC activities perform by the card itself (by the on-card Microcontroller)?

3.  Is there Power hold-up rtime equired (on MicroSD card) after OMAP-L138 have finished the cycle (Read or Wrtite to MicroSD card)?

    No.

    Yes - SD cards handle all ECC and block management requirements internal to their own memory array.

    Can you clarify this question? Are you asking if you must wait a certain amount of time before removing power from the card?
