Nand Detection Problem

I cant detect the Nand device MT29F2G16AADWP on our customised DM8148 board. Please Help

Hi,

we did exactly the same. our bus width is 16 bit and bootmode is 10011. is there anything else to check. we are using psp04.01.00.06.
