VSRC on A8 Error on OMX_AllocateBuffer

Hi,

I am including vsrc on encoder demo on sdk 5.03.01.15.

During OMX_AllocateBuffer() on vsrc outport, I see ‘OMX_ErrorInsufficientResources’ error
