Hello,

I'm working with an application that started reporting an error, and terminating. The error is:

ch exception {module#21}: line 248: error {id:0xa450000, args:[0x0, 0xc013fce8]}: xdc.runtime.Error.raise: terminating execution.

I have no idea where this is coming from, or how to debug, and would anyone please suggest how to track it down.

First thing to do is to add this line to your CFG script:
xdc.useModule("xdc.runtime.Text").isLoaded = true;

The parameter isLoaded will enable strings missing in the error message.

Thanks for your reply. After doing the changes, the error look like this.

family.c64p.Exception: line 248: E_exceptionMin: pc = 0x00000000, sp = 0xc01c4c18.

xdc.runtime.Error.raise: terminating execution

Could you please help me to debug this error.

An exception with the PC value of zero often occurs when a null function pointer is used (ie the CPU has jumped to zero).

To see more register context related to the exception, add the following to your configuration file:

var Exception =xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.family.c64p.Exception');

Exception.enablePrint = true;
